The company is owned and managed by Shalom Abuhatzira (B.Sc, M.B.A, LLB) and Uri Sharon (M.Sc), senior engineers and graduates of the Technion, both with significant experience in some of the largest and leading companies in the development and construction market. This experience includes all aspects of the project, from the stage of examining the idea, an economic analysis of construction costs, planning, licensing, execution and finally delivery and inspection.
The company's managers are directly involved throughout the project lifecycle, overseeing it until completion and delivery to end users.

Shalom Abuhatzera
Shalom has a Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Technion.
Has a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Haifa.
And a law degree (L.L.B) from the Ono Academic College.
Has extensive experience in managing real estate projects for leading companies in the construction industry in Israel and abroad and in the fields of residential, office, commerce and industrial real estate projects.
Served in senior positions in leading construction and development companies in Israel and around the world.
Certified in the field of mediation and serves, among other things, as a mediator for complex engineering issues that include the use of various disciplines in order to provide operational solutions.
Uri Sharon
Uri has a Bachelor's and Master's degree (B.Sc, M.Sc) from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Technion.
Has extensive experience in executing and managing real estate projects for leading companies in the construction industry.
In his last position, served as VP of Engineering at a Class C5 development and contracting company.
Certified by the Association of Engineers as an expert engineer for the purpose of providing professional opinions in the field of construction.
